Four challenges for 2023

Today I have heard a relation from #Davos presented by the CEO of #BCG #ChristophSchweizer . He said that there are four significant challenges for the coming year:
1. #Resilience
2. #DigitalTechnologies and #AI
3. #Sustainability
4. #People – especially in terms of HR management.

He also said that companies need to be led agilely, adjusting to the surrounding reality.

Implications for brand building and entrepreneurship

The majority of companies fail in the first years of running. They need help with the operations, not mentioning tactics or strategy. This is also related to branding. Building a resilient and sustainable brand is challenging, and it is becoming more critical now. I believe we are all responsible for sharing the strategies for the brands not only to survive but to thrive.

Now is the best time for #enterpreneurs. Those who know their #values and they coherently communicate them; those who know and lithe their #why and #mission have a competitive advantage. To #thrive, we need more.
